CRM Lead

Your mission
ABOUT THE ROLE

As CALM’s first CRM Lead you'll get the opportunity to design and deliver our CRM strategy, encouraging audience/supporter acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You'll take ownership of implementing a new CRM system based on the organisational requirements and working cross-organisationally to develop CRM best practises and new ways of working.

Your profile

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The implementation of a new CRM platform/system. Reviewing what is in the market and recommending the best provider to achieve our goals
  • Working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Teams to map out different audience/supporter journeys and recommending and delivering the best email strategies
  • Work with our Supporter Care team to help improve the care we provide to all of  our supporters
  • Help the organisation better understand user conversion points and implement strategies to optimise them
  • Lead our email and CRM strategies, managing email marketing calendar in partnership with our Fundraising team and Marketing team; driving revenue growth through rigorous testing, advanced customer segmentation, and continuous optimisation
  • Setting up and running supporter engagement best practice
  • Working with the Senior Data Team Manager to develop the strategic use of our supporter/contact data (Salesforce), via reporting and insights and putting these into action
  • In consultation with key stakeholders and teams, develop and implement retention strategy across our marketing channels and website
  • Be the master of our audience/supporter data, continuously improving its quality and helping CALM use it to make better decisions
  • Develop CRM best practices and new ways of working
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR policy in relation to marketing


WHO YOU ARE
  • You will have previously set-up and developed CRM programs and campaigns
  • Good working knowledge of segmentation, personalisation and targeting methodologies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills
  • A self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude that understands the power of CRM to build lasting customer relationships and is always in-the-know on the latest industry trends
  • Genuine love for collaboration and great interpersonal skills
  • A confident communicator who is able to influence at senior levels

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 with benefits
