Your mission
The Delivery Team is on a mission to level up the way we deliver work at CALM. Project management is well established but over the last 12 months the role of the Delivery Team has expanded. Our focus has evolved from purely delivering on a plan to building a deep, strategy-led understanding of why we’re doing the work, acting as a critical friend to project sponsors and leads, and designing an environment for teams to effectively operate and collaborate within.
This role, known internally as Delivery Lead, leans on the skills of a project manager and delivery coach. Ultimately, your mission is to support teams to deliver work in the most effective way, using project management, team dynamics and a little bit of coaching to get the best outcome for CALM and for the team.
Beyond projects and squads you’ll need to be a dedicated teammate to the other Delivery Leads who thrive when learning together and rely on a proactive and hands-on team dynamic.

You’re a project delivery expert. You apply a mix of delivery methodologies and frameworks to create ambitious delivery plans that meet specific requirements and produce the best outcomes for CALM.
You create, facilitate, and lead engaging ceremonies, you build strong stakeholder relationships and drive accountability, all to support the successful delivery of projects and squads.
You are adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of your teams and the organisation. You continuously seek to optimise how your teams work and are comfortable leading teams through change.
Alongside the other Delivery Leads, you own, champion and optimise our Delivery Toolkit, making sure you’re embedding the best possible ways of working.
You always start with strategy and curiosity. You’re comfortable moving between big picture thinking and getting into the detail. You ask questions, you are a critical friend to your teams and you bring strategic rigour to decision making.
